How the delivery quote works
Add the full delivery address to the order form. London’s Sweets reviews the distance, timing and order size, then confirms the delivery fee with the final product total. Delivery is not booked until the complete order is accepted.
For venues, offices and community spaces, include the building name, event start time and a contact person in the order details. This makes it easier to confirm a realistic arrival window.
